XIAOYANG YU is a partner at China New Enterprise Investment Co. Previously, Ms. Yu was a Managing Partner of Victoria Capital. She has over 15 years experience with Banque Paribas Geneva, Dresdner Bank Frankfurt, London and New York, and Salomon Brothers New York in Corporate finance and advisory as well as with Kissinger Associates reporting directly to Dr. Kissinger. Ms. Yu was among the first Chinese nations to work at international banks and on Wall Street. She has substantial experience in direct investment and M&A transactions as well as in advising multinational companies on investment activities in China. Ms. Yu has been actively involved in the drafting process of China’s revised venture capital rules and played an important role in helping improve the legal framework for international investors to participate in onshore fund formation in China. She received n M.B.A. from International Management Institute in Geneva.
