个人简介：
Dr. Larry Zhang, Principal, is our investment director and in-house attorney who is our lead in conducting legal due diligence on our portfolio companies. He is also responsible for internal legal affairs of CEF. Larry is assisted by outside council to provide specialized expertise to portfolio companies. Dr. Zhang has substantial experience in investment, legal affairs and corporate management.
Prior to joining Tsing Capital, he worked with Founder Communications, in charge of investment, equity financing and legal affairs. Before that, he served at Greatwall Broadband Network Services Co., Ltd., responsible for M&A and project investment. He also worked at Winsway Chemicals as project manager of investment.
Larry has a Ph.D in Economics from University of International Business and Economics in Beijing, and LLM and B.A in Scientific English at People’s Liberation Army Foreign Languages College.
